Refund eligibility depends on whether research, analysis, translation, expert coordination, or rush work has begun.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Each service is prepared for a specific customer and may require immediate document review, research, expert scheduling, or translation. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.

1. How to cancel

Email info@gatixacademy.com with your name, order or invoice number, service, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation is effective when we confirm it in writing. A phone message alone does not complete cancellation.

2. Refund eligibility by work stage

Before work begins

Full refund

Payments are refundable if we approve cancellation before substantive work or third-party costs begin.

After work begins

Partial refund

We may refund the unused balance after deducting completed work, administrative costs, and committed expert, translation, or processing fees.

After delivery

Generally non-refundable

Custom work is generally non-refundable after delivery, except for duplicate charges, a billing error, or our failure to provide the accepted service.

3. Rush and expedited services

Rush, same-day, and expedited fees are non-refundable once priority work begins because capacity is reserved immediately. If we cannot provide the confirmed rush service, we will refund the unearned rush fee or offer another agreed remedy.

4. Third-party decisions

No refund is due because USCIS, a university, employer, licensing body, attorney, court, or another organization rejects, questions, or does not use a deliverable. Gatix Academy cannot guarantee a third-party outcome.

5. Corrections and changed scope

Report an error attributable to us within 10 calendar days of delivery so we can correct it. New documents, new facts, a changed filing strategy, or requests outside the original scope are new work and may carry additional fees.

6. Duplicate payments

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval. A bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
