By using this website or ordering services from Gatix Academy, you agree to these terms. A written quotation, invoice, or service agreement may include additional terms for a particular order; where they conflict, the signed or accepted order terms control.

1. Services and scope

We provide academic and work experience evaluations, expert opinion letters, certified translations, business plans, RFE support, and related document services. The exact scope is stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Gatix Academy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Consult a qualified attorney about immigration or other legal decisions.

2. Orders, prices, and timing

Published prices are starting or standard prices and may change based on complexity, document volume, language, expert availability, and urgency. An order begins after we confirm the scope, receive required documents and payment, and accept the engagement. Turnaround times are business-day estimates and may change if information is incomplete, third-party input is delayed, or the scope changes.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, lawful, and legible information and documents.
• Confirm names, dates, institutions, employers, degree titles, and delivery details.
• Obtain permission to share third-party information and answer clarification requests promptly.
• Use deliverables lawfully and independently verify filing requirements and deadlines.

We may pause or cancel work if information is missing, appears false, infringes another person’s rights, or would require unlawful or unethical work.

4. Delivery, acceptance, and revisions

Deliverables are normally sent electronically. Review them promptly. We will correct factual or clerical errors attributable to us when reported within 10 calendar days. New facts, documents, purposes, or requests outside the accepted scope may require a new quotation.

5. No outcome guarantee

Our materials express professional analysis based on documents supplied. We do not control or guarantee acceptance, equivalency findings, admission, employment, visa or petition approval, or any decision by USCIS, a school, employer, licensing board, court, or other third party.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

You may use a paid deliverable for the purpose stated in the order. Our website, methods, templates, text, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not resell, misrepresent, reverse engineer, or use our materials unlawfully.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gatix Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for decisions made by third parties. Our aggregate liability connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. A dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Virginia Beach, Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
